- Step 1: Select the booth you are interested in on the floor plan. If you require a larger exhibition space, please select multiple booths. Please select only the booth that you intend to occupy at the event to avoid overbooking.
- Step 2: Complete your full company
details and click on "Confirm booking" to submit your booking request.
An automated notification email will be sent to the email address provided in the form below to acknowledge receipt of your booking request.
If you do not receive the notification message within a few minutes of booking your booth, please check your Spam/Junk folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox. If so, select the confirmation message and click Not Junk, which will allow future messages to get through. - Our team will confirm your booth booking by email shortly. Booths are confirmed on a first come, first served basis. Online booking requests are valid only after filling in all the form fields and clicking on the button "Confirm booking" at the bottom of the form. Please note by booking a booth online you are liable for payment of the full rental fee.
